All Sales Are Final – Vehicle Sales Policy
At Daddy’s Carlot, transparency and integrity come first. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing any vehicle.
1. All Sales Are Final
All vehicle sales are final. Once a vehicle is purchased, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Every vehicle is sold “AS IS” with no warranty expressed or implied.
2. Inspection and Test Drives
We encourage all customers to:
- Test drive any vehicle before purchase.
- Bring your own mechanic or third-party inspection service.
- Review the vehicle’s condition, mileage, and performance thoroughly before making your decision.
Our vehicles are used cars, and while each vehicle has been pre-inspected and confirmed drivable, normal wear and tear consistent with age and mileage should be expected.
3. No Refunds or Returns
Once payment has been made and ownership transferred, no refunds or returns will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Mechanical issues discovered after purchase
- Cosmetic dissatisfaction
- Change in financial circumstances
4. Inspection Reports
We inspect all vehicles prior to sale to ensure they are in safe, drivable condition. However, these inspections do not serve as warranties. Vehicles are sold based on their current condition at the time of sale.
5. Customer Responsibility
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle or have it inspected.
- You understand and accept that used vehicles may have imperfections.
- You accept full responsibility for the vehicle’s condition once purchased.
6. No Exceptions
There will be no exceptions to this policy. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
